Service Agreements
You own a home so you have a lot of things to take care of and even more to think about on a daily basis. Answer this question: When is the last time you thought about your heating and cooling equipment? Unless you change the filter every three months, the answer to that question is of course, “rarely or not at all!” Here’s a fact, new heating and cooling equipment is not cheap. In fact, did you know that of all your household appliances, your HVAC system ranks in the top 4 of the most expensive things to replace at home. When you have a Service Agreement with C.M. Mose & Son, you leave taking care of the maintenance of your air conditioning and heating equipment to us. You don’t even have to think about it because we call you when it’s time to have them serviced.

As part of the fall inspection, your C.M. Mose & Son technician will inspect your heating equipment during the service agreement check in the fall. The technicians carry sensitive devices that will “sniff the air” and detect Carbon Monoxide and air flow at the equipment location to determine if the ventilation is “drawing” effectively to pull the Carbon Monoxide out of the house and away from people in the home.
A Service Agreement gives you peace of mind knowing that your air conditioning and heating equipment is inspected and maintained and will be working when you need it the most.
